Edielles Consulting LLC (“Edielles”) owns and operates the Isabela Pay technology. By creating an account, submitting a request, or making a payment, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

The applicable municipality remains responsible for official determinations, services, fines, and records. Edielles supplies the technology platform and does not adjudicate, forgive, or modify municipal obligations.

You must provide complete and accurate information, protect your credentials, and report unauthorized access. Minors must use the service with any authorization or assistance required by applicable law.

You are responsible for reviewing the case number, license plate, description, identity, and amount before authorizing payment. The applicable total is displayed before redirecting to Stripe.

Stripe processes card data under its own terms. Edielles does not store full card numbers. A receipt confirms a processed transaction, but disputes about an official debt or determination must be addressed with the applicable municipality.

Requests involving duplicate, failed, unauthorized, or incorrectly processed payments will be reviewed. Refund eligibility and amount depend on transaction status, municipal policy, and applicable law. Approved refunds are returned to the original method when possible.

You may not impersonate others, submit false information, seek unauthorized access, disrupt the platform, upload malicious code, or violate laws or rights. Access may be limited or suspended as needed to protect users, funds, municipalities, or systems.

Edielles retains rights in the platform software, design, documentation, and improvements. Municipalities retain their data, content, marks, and official records. Portal use transfers no intellectual property to the user.

The platform depends on maintenance, networks, and third-party providers. Edielles uses reasonable measures but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, Edielles is not liable for municipal decisions, inaccurate official information supplied by third parties, or indirect damages. Nothing limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Updates will identify a new effective date and request renewed acceptance when appropriate. Puerto Rico law governs and disputes will be handled by its competent courts. Questions may be sent through the contact channels published on the platform.
