Edielles Consulting LLC operates the technology platform. The applicable municipality administers its official records, and Edielles processes information to provide and protect contracted services.

We may collect names, email, phone, address, case number, license plate, request details, uploaded documents, and communications.

We also process Stripe identifiers and status, amounts, refunds, receipts, sessions, IP address, user agent, dates, security records, and audit logs. Edielles does not store full card numbers.

We use information to authenticate users, process requests, calculate amounts, take payments, issue receipts, provide support, prevent fraud, secure the platform, maintain audits, and comply with legal obligations.

Necessary information may be shared with the applicable municipality, Stripe, database and storage providers, authentication, email, security and support services, and confidential advisers. We may also disclose information for a valid legal obligation or to prevent fraud or harm.

We do not sell sensitive information or identifiable case, plate, document, or payment data, and do not use that identifiable data to train artificial intelligence.

Information is kept as needed for service delivery, security, audits, disputes, and fiscal, municipal, or legal duties, then deleted, de-identified, or returned under the applicable schedule. Deletion requests cannot remove records subject to mandatory retention.

We use access controls, protected credentials, transport encryption, audit logs, backups, and vendor review. No system is infallible. Incidents will be investigated and notifications made under Puerto Rico Act 111-2005 and other applicable requirements.

You may request access, correction, a copy, or applicable deletion, subject to identity verification and legal requirements. Optional communications can be disabled without losing essential services.

We use cookies needed for sessions, security, and preferences. The service is not designed to knowingly collect minors’ information without legally required authorization.
